Sports brand Nike has annnounced that it is moving its offices in Madrid from Las Rozas, a dormitory town to the north of the city, to an iconic building the in the heart of the Spanish capital.

The company's new headquarters in Madrid will be in the Palacio del Marqués de Miraflores, a listed building near the famous Prado museum.

Nike has had a presence in the Spanish market since 1991. It now runs 12 own-brand retail outlets there, as well as a distribution operation to partner retailers throughout Spain and Portugal.
