Armada uses Gore-Tex in new outerwear collection

Performance textiles technology provider WL Gore is to join forces with Armada Skis to redefine its Vector Series, high-performance outerwear collection. The line, which will be on show at ISPO 2012 in Munich (January 29-February 1), will use Gore-Tex fabrics in jackets and pants for men and women.

“Our collaboration with Gore marks a significant milestone for Armada and represents the evolution of our softgoods programme,” said Jeff Russell, director of product development at Armada Skis.

Armada also said the designs offer an alternative to traditional skiwear by providing “relevant fit” and features taken from top athletes.
