Polar guide to train retail staff on Helly Hansen products

Technical sportswear brand, Helly Hansen, has announced its staff training and sales associates programme for 2012.

For 2012, the Norwegian brand has announced a number of training initiatives to be rolled out to its retail partners and sales associates. The programme will include the launch of 3point5 (www.3point5.com) online training, classroom training sessions with Helly Hansen ambassador, Inge Solheim, and outdoor activity days enabling staff to test Helly Hansen clothing in its natural environment.

As a trained polar guide, Inge is no stranger to extreme weather conditions and the importance of wearing the correct clothing. Throughout 2012, Inge Solheim, will be visiting a number of Helly Hansen’s retail partners to run hands-on workshops with retail staff. Inge, will share his passion and knowledge of living and working in extreme conditions, whilst providing exceptional training on Helly Hansen’s products, the technologies used and how to prepare for extreme outdoor adventures.

3point5 training is a brand initiative available to all Helly Hansen retailers and sales associates. The online tool is a trusted training resource used by many brands, with over 90% of users reporting positive results in increased brand knowledge and productivity. The programme enables users to sharpen their skills while gaining confidence about the Helly Hansen brand and its products.
