Bangkok-based integrated polyester chain and wool fibre producer Indorama Ventures has announced the acquisition of mono and bi-component fibre manufacturer FiberVisions, maker of dyeable polypropylene brand CoolVisions.
Indorama told media in Thailand that it believed the acquisition would enable it to boost its production levels by 20% in 2012 and increase profitability.
