Breakfast seminar on sustainability at ispo

Jill Dumain, director of environmental strategy at Patagonia will provide an update on the Sustainable Apparel Coalition, while Vanessa Knowles, project manager for the European Outdoor Group, will give an overview of the Sustainability Woking Group.
Pavel Misiga, head of the sustainable production and consumption unit at the directorate-general for environment at the European Commission, will also speak. He will be explore plans that the commission has for establishing the environmental footprint of products and companies. Later, independent consultant Sophie Mather will talk about bio-synthetics for the outdoor market.
The event will run from 8.00 until 11.00 in the Restaurant Käfer Stüberl, Room Turmblick, which is on the first floor in the
east entrance at the Munich exhibition site. It is free for anyone attending ISPO but to gain access before the show opens participants will need to register by email: vanessa.knowles@europeanoutdoorgroup.com.
