US: Apparel and Material Shows dates confirmed

Dates have been announced for the 2012 Apparel and Footwear Material Shows, held in Massachusetts and Oregon, the US. The 14th semi-annual NE Materials Show will be on
7-8 March, 2012 in Danvers, Massachusetts. The 38th semi-annual NW Materials Show will be held on 14-15 March, 2012 Portland, Oregon.
The organisers of the shows, American Events, are aiming to increase the number of apparel suppliers to both shows, in order to attract more designers, product developers and materials managers from the activewear, sportswear and outdoor industry to their events.
The components part of the shows will include natural and synthetic leather, fabrics, prints, accessories and contract manufacturing. Also featured in both shows will be bio fibers and antibacterial, anti static, temperature controlling and reflective solutions.
