Lacoste to expand in Canada
French sports apparel retailer Lacoste is expanding its presence in the Canadian market, after posting good results in 2011. Last year, Lacoste’s retail sales in Canada jumped by 10% year-on-year to around Ca$80 million.
As a part of its expansion plans, the company has already launched its own 14 concept boutiques across Canada to promote the Lacoste brand. The company is also partnering with high-end Canadian retailers for merchandising.
