Chinese circular knitted fabrics manufacture Fountain Set has reached an agreement to sell its Jiangyin Jintian Machinery textile machinery subsidiary to a new owner.
Reports from China say investment firm Maxy Rich Investments agreed to pay around $14 million for the textile machinery manufacturer.
