Anta launches Champion Dragon Outfit
Anta Sports has unveiled a tailor-made outfit for the Chinese Sports Delegation to the Olympics.
Dubbed the ‘Champion Dragon Outfit’, the outfit was officially introduced at the 30th China Sport Show in Beijing. Xiao Min, assistant minister of the General Administration of Sport of China, Ding Shizong, chairman and CEO of ANTA Sports, and Olympic gold medallists Xu Haifeng and Guo Jingjing attended the launch.
According to the company, the outfit comprises waterproof and breathable fabric to keep athletes cool and dry, allowing sweat to evaporate quickly. It also offers punched laser technology for added breathability.
Put together by a team of 12 professional designers, the design process, which included 150 revisions, took more than a year.
Mr Ding said: "The
outfit incorporates green concepts and captures China’s cultural heritage with
the Dragon in its design.
The design not only exhibits ANTA Sports’ strong technological capabilities, but also helps to boost the public’s sense of belonging and supremacy in the nation, and will further deepen Anta’s proprietary brand culture among our customers."
