First Texprocess Americas deemed a success
The first edition of Texprocess Americas, which took place April 24–26, attracted 161 exhibitors from 11 countries including pavilions from China and Germany and SPESA-IT and SEAMS pavilions.
The show was co-located with Techtextil North America at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia, and welcomed 6,800 visitors from 62 countries.
Topics discussed during the event included sourcing to the European
market, manufacturing technology and world supply chain. An international trade
update session also took place.
John Gallagher, President of Messe Frankfurt USA, commented: "I am extremely
pleased with the results of Texprocess Americas and Techtextil North America.
"Our attendees experienced three days of informative symposiums and a busy exhibit floor with business being conducted. The positive comments I heard bode well for the industry. We look forward to these events continuing to be the meeting place for these industries."
