New general manager at Arc’teryx

Canadian outdoor brand Arc’teryx has announced a change in its leadership. Vincent Wauters, who has led supply chain and IT divisions of parent group Amer Sports since 2008, has been appointed as the brand’s new general manager.

“In his new role, Vincent Wauters will take Arc’teryx into its next accelerated growth chapter by leveraging the group capabilities, whilst continuing to build on the strong Arc’teryx foundation with authentic, premium positioning and outstanding, innovative product,” said Andy Towne, president of Amer Sports’ apparel, on making the announcement.

Former brand president Tyler Jordan is moving on to pursue new opportunities, the company said.
