New lightweight end-uses for PrimaLoft

Several outdoor brands are using PrimaLoft insulation in their latest apparel and equipment collections.

Examples include the Cecilie Light Insulated Anorak from Norway-based Bergans, which is padded with heat-insulating Primaloft One and weighs just 380g.

A new Prism Vest from UK-based Montane features 40g of PrimaLoft ECO insulation to make it warm, easily packable, fast drying and light, weighing just 254g.

UK-based OMM’s Rotor Smock also uses Primaloft One for insulation and windproofness, and weighs just 280g.

Other outdoor brands using PrimaLoft products include Dynafit, Odlo, Rab, Vaude, Haglöfs, La Sportiva, SkinFit, Norrøna, adidas, J Lindeberg, Grifone, Salewa and Houdini.
