Chinese textile firms to move to Indonesia

Indonesia’s ambassador in Beijing, Imron Cotan, has told Jakarta-based media that two textile manufacturers in China are planning to move their manufacturing operations to Indonesia.

He declined to name the companies, but said: “Indonesia’s positive investment climate is the main reason for their plan. We have several investment policies designed to attract overseas investors. All of these are making Indonesia a top destination for investment.”
