Mr Page joined Deckers in the 1990s and led sales for the group’s Teva brand. He also helped bring brands such as Ugg Australia to the attention of the market.
In 1997, he moved to Europe to oversee the expansion of Deckers there, basing himself in Amsterdam.
He had previously worked for Polo Ralph Lauren, Ellesse and Nike.
