Fox Head announces new European headquarters

Outdoor clothing and equipment brand Fox Head is to set up a new European headquarters in Barcelona at the start of 2013.

The US-based brand, which specialises in motocross products but has more recently expanded into surfing, BMX and the youth lifestyle clothing market, will establish itself in new offices near Barcelona airport in January. It has said it will create more than 40 jobs in the process.

Francesc Xavier Mena, minister for business and employment for the government of the autonomous community of Catalonia, held a meeting with Fox Head’s general manager for Europe, Matthieu Bazil, on October 24. Afterwards, Dr Mena said Fox Head had selected the location for its new European headquarters based on “the value of the Barcelona brand”.
