Lululemon and Calvin Klein settle patent infringement case

21/11/2012
Yogawear company Lululemon has agreed a settlement with apparel brand Calvin Klein and one of its distributors, G-III Apparel Group, over a dispute about a patent infringement.

The Canadian company launched the proceedings in August, stating that Calvin Klein had infringed three patents in the design of waistbands in its ‘performance’ pants and that it had “irreparably injured" the company.

The companies said in statement that details of the settlement were confidential.
