Newlife promoted through M&S innovation hub

30/11/2012
Italian yarn producer Newlife has been invited to Marks & Spencer’s ‘innovation hub’ – a display area devoted to fabric innovation which the British retailer launched to offer visibility to selected companies.

The Newlife display will be hosted for four weeks at Marks & Spencer’s headquarters in London, where representatives will show buyers, designers and technologists its applications and products, with a view to creating business opportunities and partnerships.

Earlier this month, Newlife was named Best Recycled Plastic Product 2012 at the Epro B to B Awards in Germany. Epro is a European association engaged in the promotion, recycling and reuse of plastic.

Representatives from Newlife also took part in the New York-based Sustainable Fashion Round Table this month. The event, which featured organisations such as American Vogue, L’Oréal, Gap and Gucci, was organised by eco campaigner Livia Firth
in conjunction with the Foundation for Social Change and the United Nations Office for Partnership.
