CCI hosts Ho Chi Minh City conference

Non-profit cotton promotions agency Cotton Council International (CCI) hosted a conference for buyers from different countries in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam at the end of last year.

The conference provided an opportunity for fabric mills such as Tyfountex, Lucky, Nan Yang, Thai Textile Industry, Phong Phu and Thanh Cong to promote the sales of US cotton fabrics to apparel manufacturers and international brands.

Presentations focused on global cotton production supply and demand, international trade agreements, and a country-specific update on the Vietnamese textile and garment industries.
