Rory McIlroy signs huge Nike deal

He made his debut as a Nike athlete at the 2013 Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship.
“I chose Nike for a number of reasons,” the Irish golfer, winner of the 2012 US PGA Championship, said. “It’s a company and a brand that really resonates with me. It’s young. It’s athletic. It’s innovative. They are committed to being the best, as am I.”
He will wear Nike Lunar Control shoes and clothes from the brand’s Golf Tour Performance Collection.
