Called E.Volution, the platform will be unveiled for the first time at Premie`re Vision (Paris, 12-14 February 2013).
The system involves using the continuous single-pass MS-Lario digital printing machine and inks from global inks group of Sensient Imaging Technology. In addition, Miroglio has promised companies that adopt the new fabric printing system “improved creativity and service” from its own team.
Benefits that the company says users can achieve include a reduction in water consumption from the traditional industry figure of 50 litres per linear metre of fabric to just one litre, a reduction in carbon emissions of up to 90% and a reduction in energy use of 57%.
