The MB Glove is made from Windstopper material, which provides a breathable barrier, and features minute holes that encourage air flow. A velcro wrist strap offers extra wind protection, the neoprene cuff supports the wrist and a silicon print increases grip.
The Polartec Powerstretch beanie has flatlocked seams, allowing it to easily be worn under helmets for extra insulation, or to increase comfort and prevent the helmet from rubbing. Its moisture wicking properties draw perspiration to the surface of the material and the four-way stretch fabric ensures unrestricted movement.
Extremities is a brand from outdoor specialist Terra Nova Equipment, whose products have been used by the British military and by explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes on his trans-Antarctic expeditions.
