Texworld moves house

Paris-based textile trades fairs Texworld and Apparelsourcing will take place in new halls at Le Bourget starting at the September edition to offer a "more functional and pleasant environment" and be closer to the car park.

The events will be held in held in halls 2 and 4 at Le Bourget. Hall 4 has been selected for its modern infrastructure and its layout, which allows for better planning, say organisers. It has high ceilings and benefits from generous space with hardly any pillars.

“With the development of Apparelsourcing Paris and as we want to offer the best possible platform for exhibitors and visitors at our shows, we have decided to leave hall 1 and have chosen hall 4, which offers technical advantages," explained Michael Scherpe, president of Messe Frankfurt France, the event’s organiser.

"Obviously, the three ‘end use’ sectors at Texworld and Apparelsourcing will be reorganised, according to the new floor space, in order to improve conditions for visitors and buyers,” he added.
