Danish golfer signs new deal with Abacus Sportswear

Swedish sportswear brand Abacus Sportswear has signed an agreement to supply apparel to Danish golfer Steen Tinning, who now plays on the European Senior Tour.

Steen Tinning turned professional in 1985 and is also a former World and European Junior Champion. He joined the European Senior Tour in October 2012 following his fiftieth birthday.

“I have worn Abacus rain suits for many years and have always liked the stretch waterproof fabrics,” he said at the time of the announcement. “I also like the brand’s ethos of creating garments that help golfers hit their best shots, and I’m looking forward to wearing the full apparel collection on Tour.”
