Woven tapes to offer protection from counterfeiting

Tailorlux's security pigments are integrated directly into the fibres during the weaving process or can be applied by a printing process on to the surface.
The companies say each customer receives his own security pigment - a selection of more than 300 billion combinations - to make every product traceable. They are identified using optical spectroscopy, and can be checked with a hand-held device.
