REI plans new stores in Flagstaff and Columbus

Outdoor clothing and equipment manufacturer and retail co-operative REI has announced it will open new stores in Flagstaff, Arizona and Columbus, Ohio in spring 2014.

Rachel Ligtenberg, the group’s regional vice-president, described the two locations as “magnets for those who love the outdoors”.

REI will hire approximately 50 new employees for each store. Candidates will be able to apply in early 2014.
