IMG prepares to take Goodyear technical clothing collection home

Licensing agency IMG is preparing to take a series of technical outdoor clothing and footwear lines under the Goodyear brand name into the tyre brand’s home market, the US.

Launched already in Germany, the UK, France, Italy, Belgiuam, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Russia, Brazil, Argentina, China, Taiwan, Mexico and several Central American countries, IMG says the products reflect “core Goodyear brand attributes” such as durability and weather-proof performance.

The clothing collection includes soft shell jackets with membrane technology, critically taped seams and waterproof zips. There are also down jackets that are coated with wind- and water-repellent properties to keep wearers warm and dry in any weather conditions

Rubber anti slip and grip soles on footwear use Goodyear tyre patterns on the outsoles.
