Solar, a hand printed fabric, uses a tone-on-tone pattern produced by photo luminescent pigments that give off a long afterglow.
The pigment absorbs solar energy, stores and then glows in the dark for several hours after between five and 30 minutes’ exposure to lights on deck or natural sunlight.
The fabric also uses an advanced water, soil and stain repellency treatment, according to the company, applied after printing. It is water repellent, chlorine and saline durable, stain resistant, light fast, pre-shrunk and machine washable.
