Première Vision moves to acquire lingerie and swimwear shows

Industry exhibition organiser Première Vision has moved to acquire the lingerie and swimwear events organised by rival company Eurovet.

Subject to approval by the authorities in France, the Eurovet portfolio consists of eight shows per year in Paris and Lille serving textile professionals. The events are Fatex, Zoom by Fatex, and ‘Made in France’ by Fatex, as well as Tissu Premier and Collections.

This move by Première Vision will bring its portfolio of fashion industry trade shows to 32 operations per year in six countries, “rounding out” the group said on announcing the development, its existing businesses in yarns and fibres (Expofil), fabrics (Première Vision), textile designs (Indigo) and accessories (Modamont) by an entry in the downstream sector.
