Sportswear manufacturer partners Huntsman

Singapore-based Huntsman Textile Effects has signed a partnership with Huamao which the sportswear manufacturer says will help to “differentiate its services”.

Speaking at the signing ceremony in China, Dr Min Cong Lai, chairman of Huamao Group, said: “As a leading manufacturer of sportswear and casual fabric with facilities in Xiamen and Changshu, Huamao Group is very excited to collaborate with Huntsman Textile Effects to provide us with the innovation and expertise to build on a world-class technical team. We believe the partnership will help us differentiate our services in meeting our customers’ stringent product demands and challenges from an operational and environment aspect.”

Kent Kvaal, vice-president of global sales and technical services at Huntsman Textile Effects, said: “China is an important market for us. We look forward to fostering closer working relationships with Huamao Group and in offering the latest technical know-how and resources to improve its productivity.”
