Shoes help TaylorMade achieve first-half growth

09/08/2013
Golf equipment, apparel and footwear company TaylorMade-adidas Golf (TmaG) has reported a 2% increase in first-half sales, with a total of more than EUR 770 million.

The company said it was pleased with the result, especially as poor weather had led to “a late start to the golf season” in many markets. It said sales increases were led by irons and footwear, increasing by 16% and 18% respectively year on year.
