German fine knit fabrics manufacturer Mattes & Ammann has become the first German textile company to earn the new STeP (sustainable textile production) certification from Oeko-Tex.
This comes on the back of winning hte Oeko-Tex Sustainability Award in the social responsibility category earlier this year.
