Rhone-Alpes will be well represented at A+A

Technical textiles manufacturers Alpex Protection, Sofileta and Europrotect, and protective garment maker Francital Environnement are all preparing to represent the French region of Rhone-Alpes at the A+A exhibition in Dusseldorf in November.

Their presence at the fair will be facilitated by Espace Textile, an organisation specialising in support for French companies in the textile sector abroad. Rhone-Alpes regards itself as the leading French region for textiles and as something of a heavyweight player in personal protection and safety, on which A+A focuses.

Alpex Protection makes waterproof and breathable technical fabrics, marketed under the Proline brand. Sofileta and Europrotect both supply technical fabrics and knits for personal protection apparel for firefighters and other first responders.

For its part, Francital Environnement specialises in protective workwear for the forestry sector, as well as for industrial and military applications.
