Portugal expects high figure for 2013 textile exports

According to João Costa, president of the country’s textile and garment association, the value of Portuguese textile exports this year should be more than EUR 4.3 billion. The last time the industry recorded figures at this level was in 2007, the year before the global economic downturn began.
