Brussels event to look at textile technology transfer

The European Technology Platform for the Future of Textiles and Clothing will hold its ninth annual public conference on March 31 and April 1, 2014, in Brussels. The event will have as its thee ‘Effective Textile Technology Transfer from Research to Industry’.

Speakers from the textile industry, from technology transfer organisations and from public authorities will present practical experiences and examples of best practice to help identify ways of sharing research results with industry, how to develop standards, and how to secure funding and other support for new ideas.
