24/02/2014
Overall figures for Spain’s textile industry show a decline in revenues of 0.7% in 2013 compared to the previous year.

However, finished garment production had a value that was 5.9% lower than in 2012. Nevertheless, industry sources sounded a note of optimism, saying that the orders manufacturers received for finished garments in the month of December 2013 were substantially higher, 14.3%, than in the same month the year before.
