All change at Adidas North America as Nilsson heads home to Sweden
Sports brand adidas has confirmed that its North America president, Patrik Nilsson (pictured), is to leave in May after 23 years with the company. Mr Nilsson has been named at the new chief executive of sports-inspired fashion brand Gant, which has its headquarters in his native Sweden.

Adidas wasted no time in naming Mark King as Mr Nilsson’s replacement; he will take up the role of president for North America on June 1. He will be in charge of all adidas and Reebok operations in the North American market. Since 2003, Mark King has been chief executive of TaylorMade-adidas Golf.
