Tanatex agrees to sell its German business

Dutch textile chemicals group Tanatex has announced the sale of its German business to local firm Diersch & Schröder GmbH.

Tanatex chief executive, Marco de Konig, said on making the announcement that the divestment would allow his company to focus on textile processing solutions, which he described as its core business.
