Burrda aims to bring “comfort and elegance” to Qatari football club

Burrda, a Swiss brand, but part of a larger Qatari group, was the kit supplier to the Belgian national team for the FIFA 2014 World Cup in Brazil. It said on announcing the new deal with Al Gharafa that the shirts it supplies to the seven-time Qatari championship winner will offer “comfort and elegance”.
A lightweight fabric to absorb excess perspiration and expel body heat, giving “optimal breathability”, will be the main source of comfort, whereas the elegance will come from what Burrda described as a “sublimated geometric pattern” on the shirt and a tipped V-neck collar.
