Shima Seiki to take productivity-boosting products to Peru

It will exhibit at the Expotextil Peru 2014 exhibition in Lima from October 23-26, with the machinery on display including the SSR112 series knitting machine, which Shima Seiki describes as a “workhorse”, but one that has “inherited the know-how and experience accumulated over the years” by the Japanese company.
Textile manufacturers who invest in the SSR112 will be able to increase their productivity and achieve a maximum knitting speed of 1.2 metres of fabric per second, the company said in the build-up to the Lima event.
