Leap for Vietnamese apparel exports

Apparel exports from Vietnam increased 19% in the first nine months of 2014 compared with the year-ago period, according to the Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group.

The country’s second biggest exporting industry brought in$17.2 billion from January to the end of July and could earn $25 billion by the end of the year, it said.
