Outdoor footwear group Wolverine Worldwidehas appointed Roxane Divol to its board of directors. Ms Divol is senior vice-president of alliances for software group Symantec. Before that she worked for consultancy McKinsey & Company.

"Roxane Divol is a talented executive who adds valuable strategic and global perspective to our already strong board of directors," said Blake Krueger, Wolverine Worldwide's chief executive.
