Textile processing solutions provider Tanatex Chemicals has officially opened a new production plant in Thailand with a special ceremony on October 21. The Dutch company said at the time of the opening that the project is part of a wider focus on developing its business in Asia.

Its new plant, located in Rayong in eastern Thailand, is Tanatex’s first in Asia. Its only other production facility is at its headquarters in Ede, in the Netherlands. The Rayong factory will mainly produce textile auxiliaries, but products that are specifically engineered for textile industry customers in the Asia Pacific region, the company told sportstextiles.
