New Hi-Tec boots reflect rugged lifestyle

Footwear brand Hi-Tec is launching a new collection called American Rugged for autumn-winter 2015-2016, designed to reflect, as the name suggests, a rugged lifestyle.

The Trooper Mid 200 i WP is an adventure travel boot for winter. The upper is made from waterproof leather, while proprietary Dri-Tec membrane technology also helps keeps feet dry in wet conditions. It has 200-gramme Thinsulate insulation for low-profile warmth and a Vibram rubber outsole for traction and durability.

Another boot in the collection, the men’s Terra Lox Mid 200 I, is an insulated above-the-ankle boot that is ideal for travel, the walk to work or a night out with friends, Hi-Tec has said.
