Japanese technology provider Konica Minolta is preparing to unveil a single-pass system for large-scale digital textile printing.

The company has said it will launch the new system, Nassenger SP-1, which it has described as a “major step-change in digital textile printing”, on November 13 during the ITMA exhibition in Milan.

Konica Minolta said in the build-up to the event that the world’s first SP-1 printer is now running live at a demonstration and training centre it has in place near Milan.
