Founder of the Raging Bull sports brand, former England rugby international Phil Vickery, has been awarded an honorary doctorate by the University of Gloucestershire. On presenting him with the accolade, the university said he was “an excellent role model, combining a love of sport with success in business and a real desire to make a difference in his community”.

As well as running Raging Bull, Phil Vickery is a prominent supporter of a number of local and national charities.

Raging Bull offers rugby clothing and leisurewear in its collections, including T-shirts, polo shirts and hooded tops for men and women. For men there are also casual rugby shirts and bottoms and a range of dress shirts. On the sportswear side, there are match and training kits for rugby teams.
