Polartec backs Alberto Contador initiative

Technical fabric developer and manufacturer Polartec has joined forces with Italian supplier of cycling goggles, helmets and competition apparel RH+ to support a new initiative grin high-profile Spanish cyclist Alberto Contador.

The twice-winner of the Tour de France has launched a new cycling team for the junior and under-23 categories. At a press conference in Madrid, Alberto Contador said his intention is for the team, currently called the RH+-Polartec team, to go professional in 2017.
