Glove brand sold to Australian snow apparel firm

Snow apparel company Rojo Australia has completed the acquisition of POW Gloves, which specialises in cold-weather gloves.

Seattle-based POW was previously owned by investment firm Columbia Pacific Advisors. Rojo Australia has said it intends to keep the brand’s existing management team in place.
