Sympatex sells Ploucquet

On making the announcement, Sympatex said it had also entered into an agreement to use Kufner as a contract manufacturer for lamination and textile finishing.
Sympatex managing director, Michael Kamm, said that his company’s aim was to secure a positive future for the Ploucquet production plant in Zittau and the 124 people who work there.
For his part, Ulrich Sogl, managing director of the Kufner Group, said he believes his company will strengthen the Ploucquet brand and make full use of the capacity of the Zittau facility.
