Kari Traa carries its message to North America

Norwegian outdoor brand Kari Traa is aiming to replicate recent European success in the North American market.

Founded under her own name in 2002 by a former World Champion freestyle skier, Kari Traa now claims to be Europe’s fastest-growing women’s apparel manufacturer and number-one baselayer brand in Scandinavia.

Marketing manager, Sissel Himle, said recently: “Kari Traa, the brand and person, actively inspire women to live happier, healthier and more empowered lives.” She said the brand now wants to carry that message “to a broad North American market”.

The brand will attend the SnowSports Industries America Snow Show in Denver from January 26-29 and will unveil new designs there.
