Cordura helps Magnum upgrade the Spider boot

Magnum brought the first Spider boot to market ten years ago, describing it as a lightweight, athletic, tactical boot. The new version, the Elite Spider X, uses material from Cordura as well as leather.
The brand said at the time of the launch that Cordura brings qualities such as toughness, durability and abrasion-resistance.
Uppers feature high abrasion-resistant Cordura AFT (Air Flow Technology) 3D fabric air mesh vents. The mesh construction makes the construction highly breathable, Magnum says, as well as tough and durable with “an excellent strength-to-weight ratio”.
Other components of the boot include durable leather in the upper, fast wicking lining for moisture management and comfort and an exclusive, high-performance Vibram rubber outsole, that exceeds
European standards for oil, slip, chemical and heat and cold resistance, with self-cleaning lug design to ensure no clogging.
